Hello Sunnyland Families,

Teachers have invited me into their classrooms to teach about the Kelo's Choices and the Zones of Regulation. I have a tab for each of these curriculum topics on the top of the page. Please feel free to click on those tabs to learn about what these are all about, then you can talk to your children about them at home. I love going into classrooms and teach your kids about how to solve problems and regulate their feelings so that each and every student here at Sunnyland can have a great day, every day!

It is so great to see all the smiling faces, giggling sounds, and learning going on here at Sunnyland. I am excited about the new year ahead with our new Principal, Lynn Heimsoth.

I have embarked upon a new adventure creating a web page for the Sunnyland community that will focus on social/emotional strategies and tips for parents. I will often share the same information on the Sunnyland Elementary Facebook page.
